Peer to Management

Peer-to-Management evaluations play a crucial role in fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement within the company. By sharing your perspectives, you help us identify both strengths to celebrate and areas where the HR department and leadership team can improve. This, in turn, allows us to better support you and create a more positive and productive work environment for everyone.
The form is divided into two sections, the Generalized Evaluation and the HR Management Evaluation, and will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Please be candid and specific in your responses, focusing on observable behaviors and their impact. All feedback will be kept confidential. You are welcome to provide your feedback in Hiligaynon, Tagalog, or English.
